Admission Process

For any Admissions to be finalized pupils should produce a Leaving Certificate from the last school attended and also the Mark list of the previous class & Birth Certificate from the Municipal office or Gram Panchayat.

Candidates must pay 1st installment of the fee for the confirmation of admission . Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.

Students from recognized schools outside the state should have their leaving certificates countersigned by the educational authority of that state.

New Pupils must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians who will be responsible to the Principal for their regularity of attendance and payment of fees.

         New admission forms can be bought in   the month of January, from the school office. New admission procedure ends in the month of August.

ABOUT FEES :

Fees should be paid in 4 Quarters:-

Date   Month   Quarter
  10th   JUNE 1st
  10th   SEPTEMBER 2nd  
  10th   DECEMBER 3rd
  10th   MARCH 4th  

A late fee of Rs.100 will be applicable after the above mentioned dates Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Fees of March, April and May must be paid before end of March.

Enrolling again will be considered as readmission.

Pupil who apply for LC should pay the Fees of the academic year (till may).

Pupil who have not paid their fees will be debarred from the examinations.

Arrears of Fees of three months render the name of the students to be struck off the rolls.

Admission fees once paid is not refundable.

The school Management reserves the full right to revise the

school fee structure to provide for the increment in the staff salary and price index.

The last fee receipt is required to be carried for all open days. Every year the fees structure will be revised and increase by 15% as per FRC.
